Fall 2012 Tball Plans

Parents,

At this time it has been determined that the Sportspark will not have a Tball league in Fall 2012 due to pending renovations to the park.  Please plan on starting up again Spring 2013. 

We are not planning on hosting a Tball team at the Optimist Club for now.  You will receive text messages from me on start up and practices at a later time.

Ruidoso Tournament Canceled

Due to lack of participating teams in the Ruidoso tournament we will not be attending.  There are other upcoming tournaments that we are interested in and will let you know once we have more information.

We are now taking orders for T-shirts. Charcoal Gray T-shirts with the featured logo are $10 each and will only include the new logo.  There is no option for additional wording. Please email me the following information at eprockiestball@live.com :

Tournament Payment Update

We will need to collect $30/child from each parent to expedite the payment/entrance fee into the  KING OF THE MOUNTAIN State Tournament in Ruidoso, New Mexico.  Only the first 18 paid teams will be part of the tournament.  This will help to also cover the additional cost of each teams required Team Insurance ($100/Team). 

If you have met your fundraising requirements then that $30 will be reimbursed into your account once additional funds have posted (approximately 4-6 weeks).  Please contact me via email, phone or text if you have any questions.

Please pay your fee no later than: Thursday, March 15th after practice.

Deadline to commit your child is March 10th following our Tball game.
