Memorial Day Tournament: 5/25-5/28

We are making plans to proceed with taking both teams to the KING OF THE MOUNTAIN State Tournament in Ruidoso, New Mexico.  The tournament starts on Friday, May 25th and runs through Monday, May 28th. The registration fee for the team is $500 per team which will come from our fundraising endeavours based on your fundraising participation.

You will be responsible for covering the cost/providing the following for you and your child:

• Transportation to and from Ruidoso; Tournament to Hotel
• Lodging/Hotel Room
• Meals
• Daily Admission fee into tournament for yourself (players should be excluded)
• Details on Tournament location to follow

You will need to notify me via email or text of your child's participation no later than Saturday, March 10th.  We will be having a team meeting immediately following our game on March 10th to discuss further.  The tournament fee is not refundable (unless the tournament is canceled) so your firm commitment is required.

According to the USSSA site, 18 teams participated last year and hotel space went fast http://www.usssa.com/sports/TournamentMoreInfo.asp?TournID=779186.  Please book your hotel as soon as possible following the team meeting on March 10th.

Spring Registration-2012

Spring registration begins February 1, 2012.  Deadline for registration is February 18, 2012.

Please bring the following to the Sports Park: Original Birth Certificates, complete player registration form, and Fee (cash or money order only-Personal checks and Credit Cards are not accepted).

- T-Ball (6 & 7) $65

Tshirt Orders

We are now taking orders for T-shirts.  Black T-shirts with the featured logo are $10 each and include the new logo, your child's team number and standard verbiage such as "Mom" "Dad" "Sister" etc. If you would like special wording on the back of your shirt then the cost for the shirt is $15.

Black pull over Hoodies are available for $22.00 and only include the new logo. There is no option for additional wording on the hoodie.
