Tournament Payment Update

We will need to collect $30/child from each parent to expedite the payment/entrance fee into the  KING OF THE MOUNTAIN State Tournament in Ruidoso, New Mexico.  Only the first 18 paid teams will be part of the tournament.  This will help to also cover the additional cost of each teams required Team Insurance ($100/Team). 

If you have met your fundraising requirements then that $30 will be reimbursed into your account once additional funds have posted (approximately 4-6 weeks).  Please contact me via email, phone or text if you have any questions.

Please pay your fee no later than: Thursday, March 15th after practice.

Deadline to commit your child is March 10th following our Tball game.

Memorial Day Tournament: 5/25-5/28

We are making plans to proceed with taking both teams to the KING OF THE MOUNTAIN State Tournament in Ruidoso, New Mexico.  The tournament starts on Friday, May 25th and runs through Monday, May 28th. The registration fee for the team is $500 per team which will come from our fundraising endeavours based on your fundraising participation.

You will be responsible for covering the cost/providing the following for you and your child:

• Transportation to and from Ruidoso; Tournament to Hotel
• Lodging/Hotel Room
• Meals
• Daily Admission fee into tournament for yourself (players should be excluded)
• Details on Tournament location to follow

You will need to notify me via email or text of your child's participation no later than Saturday, March 10th.  We will be having a team meeting immediately following our game on March 10th to discuss further.  The tournament fee is not refundable (unless the tournament is canceled) so your firm commitment is required.

According to the USSSA site, 18 teams participated last year and hotel space went fast http://www.usssa.com/sports/TournamentMoreInfo.asp?TournID=779186.  Please book your hotel as soon as possible following the team meeting on March 10th.

Spring registration begins February 1, 2012.  Deadline for registration is February 18, 2012.

Please bring the following to the Sports Park: Original Birth Certificates, complete player registration form, and Fee (cash or money order only-Personal checks and Credit Cards are not accepted).
