T-Shirt and Hoodie Orders

Please email me with your T-shirt order if you are interested in purchasing a shirt with the new logo. 


Black T-shirts are $8 each and include the new logo, your child's team number and standard verbiage such as "Mom" "Dad" "Sister" etc.  If you would like special wording on the back of your shirt then that is an additional $1.50.

Black Hoodies are available for $17.50 and only include the new logo. If you would like wording of any kind on the back the cost increases by an additional $2.00.

Monster Truck Fundraiser

Parents,

We have an opportunity to raise funds at the Monster Truck Show on Sunday, March 6th.  We need 20 volunteers. Report time is at 10AM with the first show starting at 1PM and the main show starts at 5PM.  
We will be selling alcohol at this event so it promises to be a significant fundraising event. Please consider participating to help offset our cost this year.  If we raise enough money we would like to purchase personalized bags, helmets, and windbreakers.

Practice Starting on 1/22/11 for 4-5 Yr. Team

Parents,

The 4 and 5 year old Rockies will begin practicing for the Spring Tball season on Saturday, January 22nd at 4PM at the Marty Robbins Park.  We will continue practicing on Saturdays on an ongoing basis and will later expand to two days a week.  Please make note of the registration dates listed on the posting prior. Hope to see you at our first practice.

Cirque Du Soliel @5PM on 12/5/10

Parents,

Reminder for those of you who have volunteered or want more info about the concessions fundraiser on Saturday, December 5th.  You will need to be in attendance by 3:00PM.  This will be a good opportunity to make some money for the team as alcohol will be served and should generate more funds.



  • Please be in attendance at the East gate of Don Haskins Special Event Center between 2:30PM-3:00PM.
  • To get credit for an event you must be present 2 1/2 hours prior to the start and stay until concessions are shut down.
  • No jewelry of any kind is allowed. Please make sure you leave these personal items behind.
  • Hair must be pulled back and in a black baseball cap (preferred) or a baseball cap of any type.
  • Wear black Rockies t-shirts or plain black tee.
Again because this is an alcohol event there is more potential to raise more funds. We have enough TABC certified volunteers to serve alcohol this day however if you are interested there is a TABC class on:

  • Monday, November 29th at 6PM
  • Enter through North Gate of the Don Haskins Center
  • Fee: $15 CASH ONLY
  • Valid for 2 years

Fundraising Opportunity

We have been offered an opportunity to fundraise for each of our individual kids. We will evenly split the proceeds and the funds will be deposited into a team account for your child based on the total amount earned per event.
For example, if we were to make $500 at one event where we had 6 volunteers that money would be split into 6 parts of $83.33. If you and your spouse for example volunteered for the event then that would make a total of $166.66 ($83.33 x 2) that would go towards your child as well.

You will not get credit for fundraising unless you participate. This fundraising will help to cover fees, uniforms, equipment, etc. Again this participation is optional but if you do not partake you will have to incur cost directly.

Please review the list of possible events. We are in the process of finalizing which events will be open to us and need a minimum of 8-10 volunteers for events. Final list will be posted shortly.
